E. FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR TRACT MAP NO. 82497, A FOUR LOT SUBDIVISION WITH A PRIVATE STREET AT 9818 AND 9824 LONGDEN AVENUE The City Council is requested to approve the final map which will allow the property owner to record the map and start construction of the single-family development. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Tract Map No. 82497 (Attachment “A”); 2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Tract Map No. 82497; and 3. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15268(b)(3) (Ministerial Project – Approval of Final Subdivision Maps) and Section 15332 (In-fill Development Projects) of the California CEQA Guidelines.
