3-D. 2022-2023 ANNUAL INVESTMENT REPORT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Treasurer and City Manager to implement the City’s Investment Policy for FY 2023-24; (2) Receiving and filing the 2022-23 Annual Investment Report; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
