2-A. DISCUSSION OF CITY COUNCIL’S STANCE ON AMENDED SENATE BILL (SB) 710 (DURAZO) It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Providing direction and making a final determination regarding the City’s stance on the amended language to SB 710: I-710 Terminus Regional Planning Task Force; (2) If desirable, signing a letter on behalf of the City either supporting or opposing the amended language in SB 710; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
