3-L. ONE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE MAP NO. 82607 (TM-20-03) – 126 NORTH NEW AVENUE (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NO. (APN 5286-019-013)) It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a resolution approving a Time Extension for Tentative Map No. 82607 (TM-20- 03); and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable. CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act): The Project is consistent with the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program adopted by City Council on July 21, 2021 under Resolution No. 12259. No additional environmental review is necessary.
