B. FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE INTERNET SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE FOR INCREASED BANDWIDTH OF INTERNET CONNECTION FOR CITY HALL AND ETHERNET PRIVATE LINE (EPL) TO LIVE OAK PARK AND CITY YARD The City Council is requested to approve the agreement to increase the City’s bandwidth for faster internet connectivity for city facilities. Presenter: Administrative Services Director Recommendation: 1. Approve the additional cost to increase the City’s bandwidth for internet access; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Spectrum Enterprises.
