9. Annual 3% Rent Increase for City-Owned Multi-Family Affordable Housing Units RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve an annual rent increase for City-owned multi-family affordable housing units. The increase will be either 3% or the year's Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate, whichever is higher.
