6. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR PORTOLA PARK LIGHTING PROJECT\n(PW 2017-16A)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that Delta Electric LLC has completed\nconstruction of the Portola Park Lighting Project (PW 2017-16A). 2.\nApprove the Notice of Completion and authorize the Mayor to execute the\ndocument on behalf of the City. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to submit Notice\nof Completion for recordation to the Office of the County Recorder of\nOrange County within fifteen days of the City Council approval, as required\nby Section 9204 of the California Civil Code. 4. Authorize staff to process\nfinal progress payment and unencumbered retention in accordance with\nCalifornia law.
