5.1 Continued from the September 27, 2023 Regular Meeting – City Council Appointments to Westminster Community Foundation. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council appoint two members (Councilwoman Phan West’s and Council Member Manzo’s appointees) to the Westminster Community Foundation to fill the unscheduled vacancies for a term ending January 2026.
