6.4 Consideration of a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Rowland Water District in the amount of $212,040.00 for property located at 804 South Azusa Avenue, and Notice of Exemption regarding same RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Agreement, and Notice of Exemption, and direct Staff to file the NOE as required by law.
