7. OPERATING AGREEMENT WITH ILLUMINATION FOUNDATION FOR FULLERTON\nNAVIGATION CENTER\nProposed Motion:\n1. Authorize City Manager to execute and administer operating agreement, including\nminor revision, with Illumination Foundation for Fullerton Navigation Center operation at\n3535 West Commonwealth Avenue to provide 40 shelter beds dedicated for Fullerton\nresidents, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n2. Authorize City Manager to approve lease agreement, including any minor revisions, in\na form approved by the City Attorney.
