Approval of Amendment No.1 to the Cooperative Agreement No. C-9-1845\nwith Orange County Transportation Authority for the Laguna Niguel Summer\nTrolley (Project V Community-Based Transit/Circulators, Project No. 19-\nLNIG-CBT-3954)\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement No. C-9-1845 with\nOrange County Transportation Authority for the Laguna Niguel Summer Trolley\n(Project V Community-Based Transit/Circulators, Project No. 19-LNIG-CBT-\n3954); and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative\nAgreement No. C-9-1845 with Orange County Transportation Authority for the\nLaguna Niguel Summer Trolley (Project V Community-Based\nTransit/Circulators, Project No. 19-LNIG-CBT-3954), subject to the City\nAttorney making non-substantive changes.
