5. Re-appropriation of Unspent SB 1383 Grant Funds from the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Re-Appropriate $43,076.00 from General Fund Reserves (01) to account 01- 5600-6280 to expend grant funds for eligible expenses which support implementation of Senate Bill (SB) 1383 prior to the grant expenditure deadline of May 2024.
