Adopt a Resolution No. 2024-011 authorizing the submission of a Prohousing Incentive Program Notice of\nFunding Availability Round 2 grant application to the California State Department of Housing and Community\nDevelopment; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents and agreements necessary to\nparticipate in the Prohousing Incentive Program.
