6. Purchase and Sale Agreement Between the City of Pico Rivera and the\nVeterans of Foreign Wars for the City Acquisition of the Real Property\nIdentified as 4865 Durfee Avenue. (1300)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the attached resolution ratifying the purchase and sale agreement\n(PSA) with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (Seller) and the City of Pico Rivera\n(City), for the City’s acquisition of the real property identified as 4865 Durfee\nAvenue (Property) and determine that the approval is exempt pursuant to\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Commonsense\nExemption under Section 15060(c)(3);\n2. Amend the fiscal year (FY) 2022-23 adopted budget by increasing the\nGeneral Fund revenue by $928,625 for the disposal of 3900 Baybar Road;\nand\n3.
