8.d APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2023-95 UPDATING THE CITY OF IMPERIAL BEACH AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES WITH THE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND (LAIF) OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE TREASURY. (0350-30) Recommendation: Staff is recommending that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-95 updating the City of Imperial Beach authorized signatories with the Local Agency Investment Fund (LAIF) of the California State Treasury to include the City Manager, Chief Administrative Officer, Finance Director, and Finance Manager.
