9. AGREEMENT - MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nSECURITY DEFENSE, INC. FOR CITYWIDE SECURITY GUARD SERVICES IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $200,000 PER FISCAL YEAR, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 24-037SB.\nThat the City Council:\na. Award RFP 24-037SB to Security Defense, Inc. for Citywide security guard\nAgenda\nservices.\nb. Approve the Maintenance General Services Agreement with Security Defense,\nInc. for an initial term of March 6, 2024, through June 30, 2026, in the amount\nof $200,000 per fiscal year with two optional two-year extensions through June\n30, 2030.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Maintenance General\nServices Agreement with Security Defense, Inc. in the amount of $200,000 per\nfiscal year, including any non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase\norders, and amendments up to the amount authorized in Corona Municipal Code\nSection 3.08.060(J), which is equivalent to 10% or $20,000.
