K. Consideration and possible action to approve an agreement with Dell Technologies for a three-year Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA). (Buchwald) Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Dell Technologies for a three-year Microsoft Enterprise Agreement through Riverside County, pursuant to Section 2.44.060 of the Rancho Palos Verdes Municipal Code, in the amount of $246,921 plus $5,000 per year of contingency if additional licenses are required ($87,307 per year).
