15. Approval of Amendment Number 2 to the Grant Agreement with Oath to Country Foundation (OTCF) to repair the last senior Veteran home as part of the Home Rehabilitation Pilot Program with the City of Baldwin Park. It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute an amended Grant Agreement with Oath to Country (OTCF) subject to any non-substantive changes made by the CEO and City Attorney.
