APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN WESTATES HOLDINGS, LLC\nAND THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY FOR MAINTENANCE OF CITY\nPARKWAYS FOR THE CANTU GAS PM 37679 PROJECT LOCATED AT\nTHE NORTHWEST CORNER OF CANTU GALLEANO RANCH ROAD AND\nPIER ENTERPRISES WAY INTERSECTION\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the agreement between\nWestates Holdings, LLC. and the City of Jurupa Valley for maintenance\nof parkways; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in substantially the\nform and format attached to the staff report as approved by the City\nAttorney.
