EVALUATE the RFP submissions and based on the criteria set forth in the\nRFP, select and interview the most responsive, responsible proposer(s);\nc. NEGOTIATE a Personal Services Contract with the most qualified\nCOOL PAVEMENT COATINGS PROJECT – COOL NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECT\nRecommending the Board:\n1. AUTHORIZE the Director of the Bureau of Street Services to:\na. ISSUE and release the RFP for the Cool Pavement Coatings Project for\nthe Cool Neighborhood Project;\nb.
