17. 24-Hour Residential Treatment Program Contract\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Mental Health to\nexecute a contract with Telecare Corporation for adult Psychiatric Health\nFacility services at the Martin Luther King Jr. Behavioral Health Center,\neffective upon Board approval through June 30, 2024, with two automatic\nextensions through June 30, 2026, with a Maximum Contract Amount (MCA) of\n$3,728,840 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24, and $7,457,680 for FYs 2024-25 and\n2025-26, respectively, fully funded by Sales Tax Realignment and Medi-Cal\nrevenues; authorize the Director to execute future amendments to the contract\nto revise the language, add, delete, modify or replace the statement of work,\nreflect Federal, State, and County regulatory and/or policy changes, increase\nthe MCA provided that it will not exceed an increase of 25% of the\nBoard-approved MCA and sufficient funds are available; and terminate the\ncontract in accordance with the termination provisions, including termination for\nconvenience.
