APPROVAL OF A DISCRETIONARY FUNDS REQUEST FROM MAYOR PRO TEM JACK\nDONOVAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000 FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY / FESTIVAL OF\nBALLOONS EVENT\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Find that the requested allocation of Discretionary Funds to support the Fourth of July/ Festival\nof Balloons Event is consistent with the findings required pursuant to the Guidelines for the\nApplication of City Council Discretionary Budget Accounts adopted by Resolution No. 7174;\nand\n2. Approve the requested allocation totaling $2,000 by Mayor Pro Tem Jack Donovan to support\nthe Fourth of July / Festival of Balloons Event.
