2.1. City of Orange Strategic Plan Discussion and Update.\n\n Recommended Action:\n 1. Conduct a communication exercise with Kelly Associates Management Group LLC.\n 2. Receive and file a report from Kelly Associates Management Group LLC, detailing\n the City Councilmembers’ respective Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and\n Threats analyses as well as an overview of the strategic planning update process.\n 3. Discuss the respective Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats\n analyses completed by the City Council.\n 4. Discuss the results from the citywide survey conducted by Fairbank, Maslin,\n Maullin, Metz, & Associates that studied revenue measure feasibility and identified\n budget/service priorities, and how the results can be incorporated into to the\n strategic plan update.\n 5. Select five to six citywide priorities/goals.\n 6. Discuss the implementation plan process and how to translate goals to objectives.\n Attachments: Staff Report
