Request by Care for the Children for a Non-Profit Solicitation Permit and Waiver of the Business License Tax Recommendation: That the City Council deny the non-profit solicitation permit for Care for the Children (CFC) and not waive the business license tax pursuant to 4.12.050 of the Walnut Municipal Code (WMC).
