G. CONTRACT AWARD - AS-NEEDED BUILDING PLAN REVIEW SERVICES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No, 24-04, which will: 1. Award a professional services agreement to West Coast Code Consultants and award a professional services agreement to VCA Code for on-call building plan check services. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-02, by and between the City of San Clemente and West Coast Code Consultants, providing for on-call building plan check services, for a term of three (3) years, in an amount not to exceed $85,000 annually. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-03, by and between the City of San Clemente and VCA Code, providing for on-call building plan check services, for a term of three (3) years, in an amount not to exceed $85,000 annually.
