5. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-04 APPROVING APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS FOR THE TUSTIN LEGACY PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Representative Petrie-Norris secured an appropriation of $750,000 for park improvements in the FY 23/24 California state budget for the Tustin Legacy Park Improvements Project. The California Department of Parks and Recreation is responsible for administering this appropriation. City Council adoption of the attached resolution approving the submittal of an application for this funding is required. Recommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Resolution No. 24-04.
