7. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR AUDIT SERVICES RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a contract for audit services with Lance, Soll & Lunghard, LLP (LSL), covering the fiscal years ending June 30, 2024, 2025, and 2026, with the option to extend the agreement for two, one (1) year extensions.
