AWARD OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR GRAND AVENUE VISION PROJECT – PHASE 2 Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-159 awarding the Grand Avenue Vison Plan Phase 2 (“Project”) to Nationwide Contracting Services Inc.
