Item No. 14. 2024-0112 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF CONTRACT SERVICES WITH BARIO & ASSOCIATES, LLC FOR STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION AND ON-CALL MEDIA SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL).
