Item No. 17. 2024-0068 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL, SERVING THE PEOPLE OF SOUTHERN LOS ANGELES COUNTY BY ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR FOR ROUTINE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OVER CITY BUS STOPS (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to Contract Services Agreement between the City and Goodwill, Serving the People of Southern Los Angeles County, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation; and 2.
