Item No. 19. 2024-0086 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TRANSTECH ENGINEERS, INC. TO PROVIDE BUILDING AND SAFETY SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF CARSON (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc., to provide building and safety services for the City of Carson increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $3,900,000 to $9,000,000. 2.
