3-K. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MONTEREY PARK BAIL SCHEDULE AND REQUESTING THE PRESIDING JUDGE OF THE LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT APPROVE THE AMENDED BAIL SCHEDULE FOR MISDEMEANOR AND INFRACTION VIOLATIONS OF THE MONTEREY PARK MUNICIPAL CODE It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a Resolution amending the Monterey Park Bail Schedule and requesting the presiding judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court approve the amended bail schedule for misdemeanor and infraction violations of the Monterey Park Municipal Code; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
