3-E. NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY GOVERNING THE MONTEREY PASS ROAD EMERGENCY WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and Filing the Notice of Completion for CIP 99025 – Monterey Pass Road Waterline Improvements, recorded by the Public Works Director on February 5, 2024; (2) Adopting a resolution terminating the local emergency governing the Monterey Pass Road Waterline Project; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
