L. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Houston/Tyner for the Restroom Improvements Project at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center (PVIC). (O’Neill/Copp) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the PSA with Houston/Tyner to add construction support services to the scope of services for the Restroom Improvements Project at the PVIC, in the not-to-exceed amount of $10,500, increasing the contract sum from $35,600 to $46,100; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
