4. Consideration and possible action to approve the Second Amendment of the Professional Service Agreement for lobbyist services with Renne Public Policy Group (RPPG). (Hunter) (15 mins) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with RPPG, extending the term to February 28, 2025 and increasing the contract sum from $112,000 to $168,000; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
