Everett and Associates, Inc. for Continued Operations of Soil Vapor Extraction System at 12601 Hawthorne Blvd. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Amendment and Authorize the City Manager to enter into and execute it on the City’s behalf.
