15. APPROVE AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4190 TO COLLICUTT ENERGY SERVICES TO PROVIDE GENERATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4190 to Collicutt Energy Services to provide generator maintenance and repair services for an initial three (3) year term in a not-to-exceed amount of $251,168; and 2. Reject all other proposals; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
