AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract for professional services with the consulting firm Ralph Anderson and Associates to conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study for all City positions.
