K. Consideration and possible action to support Senate Bill (SB) No. 1461 (State of emergency and local emergency: landslide). (Hunter) Recommendation: Authorize Mayor Cruikshank to sign a letter in support of SB 1461 which would add "landslide" as a condition constituting a state of emergency or local emergency in the Emergency Services Act (ESA).
