G. APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH GERALD A. JAMABAZIAN FOR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AND TEMPLECITY PHOTOS.COM WEBSITE MAINTENANCE The City Council is requested to approve the First Amendment to the Agreement with Gerald A. Jambazian. Recommendation: 1. Approve a First Amendment to an Agreement with Gerald A. Jambazian (Attachment “A”) for a total amount of $13,333.28 from April 1, 2024 through 2. Approve a budget amendment of $1,174 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 to the City Manager’s Special Contract Services account; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment Agreement.
