5.1 Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with the Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) for the Sharing of Consultant Costs to Complete the Lead and Copper Service Line Inventory. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the existing agreement with Municipal Water District of Orange County in the amount of $206,362; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
