3.9 Approval of the First Amendment to the Agreement for 9-1-1 Emergency Ambulance Transportation and Related Services, between Emergency Ambulance Services, Inc. and the City of Westminster, providing a third ambulance in the City. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement for 9-1-1 Emergency Ambulance Transportation and Related Services, between Emergency Ambulance Services, Inc. and the City of Westminster, providing an additional non-dedicated ambulance in the City; and B.
