8) Professional Services Agreement with Inland Foundation Engineering, Inc. for\nGeotechnical Investigation Services of the New City Library Project (CIP Project\nZ20003)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Inland Foundation Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $18,000.00 for\nGeotechnical Investigation Services of the New City Library Project in such final form\nas approved by the City Attorney; and authorize the City Manager to approve change\norders up to 10% of the agreement in the amount of $1,800.00.
