12) Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Professional Services with STC Traffic,\nInc. for Traffic Signal Coordination Timing Plans for I-15/Main Street Interchange\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional\nDesign Services Agreement with STC Traffic, Inc. for $27,000 for additional required\neffort to develop and implement traffic signal coordination timing plans associated with\nthe Main Street Interchange Project in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney, plus an additional 10% contingency for unforeseen expenditures.
