CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS\nThe Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and non-controversial upon which\ndocumentation provided to the Board is adequate to give sufficient information for approval without\ninquiry or discussion. It is designated to minimize the time required for the handling of routine matters\nin order to permit additional time to be spent on more significant matters.
