20. 24-072 Approve Agreement for Provision of Sewer Services for Tract 19245 in the City of Fountain Valley Recommended Action: A) Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement for Provision of Sewer Services (Attachment 2) between the City of Fountain Valley, the Developer, Bonanni Development Company VI, LLC, and the City of Huntington Beach for Tract 19245 in the City of Fountain Valley; and, B) Instruct the City Clerk to record the Agreement for Provision of Sewer Services with the County of Orange Recorder’s office.
