E. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AND THE SAN GABRIEL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (SGVCOG) TO FUND COST OVERAGES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE UPPER LOS ANGELES RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT GROUP (ULAR) COORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM (CIMP) AND WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN (WMP) The City Council is requested to approve the Memorandum of Agreement with San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments for cost related to implementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed Management Plan. Recommendation: 1. Approve a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) (Attachment “A”) between the City of Temple City (City) and the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) to fund cost overages related to implementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed Management Plan (WMP); 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the MOA; and 3. Approve a budget adjustment of $9,650 for FY 23-24 to be paid with Safe Clean Water Program (Measure W) Funds.
