L. REVIEW OF INTERSECTION OF KAUFFMAN AVENUE AT WOODRUFF AVENUE The City Council is requested to concur that the current red curb remain on the northeast (NE), northwest (NW), southeast (SE), and southwest (SW) corners on Woodruff Avenue. Recommendation: 1. Review the justification for the addition of Intersection Improvements at the intersection of Kauffman Avenue and Woodruff Avenue; and 2. Concur with the Transportation and Public Safety Commission and staff’s recommendations that the current red curb remain on the northeast (NE), northwest (NW), southeast (SE), and southwest (SW) corners on Woodruff Avenue.
