Recommended by Office of the City Attorney for Water and Power\nApproval of the First Amendment to Agreement No. 47763-3 between the\nCity of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Los Angeles Department of\nWater and Power and Burke Williams & Sorensen, LLP. The Amendment\nadds $900,000 for an aggregate budget of $1,400,000. The term of the\nAgreement, commencing on March 1, 2023, and terminating\nFebruary 28, 2026, shall not change with the Amendment.\nDetermine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section\n15061(b)(3).
