Caltrans I-605 Detour Cooperative Agreement\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2024-14, amending the Fiscal Year\n2023-24 Budget with a supplemental appropriation for City traffic mitigation\nmeasures resulting from Caltrans I-605 improvements, and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute a Cooperative Agreement with Caltrans in a not to\nexceed amount of $15,000 for the City of Whittier to receive reimbursement.
